The High Line is a suspended garden that stretches along 1.6 km in the middle of New York City. It was built on one of the few railways that remained after the demolition of the tracks used by the New York Central Railroad trains and now it’s an outdoor tourist spot that is an invitation for a unique late afternoon visit.
Along the platform you’ll find many benches where you can sit and enjoy the sunset, many activities and markets, as well as different species of plants that give charm and personality to the wooden bridge.
Cool Tip: Over the years, the buildings surrounding the High Line began being used as canvases by urban artists. Enjoy these works of art while you stroll along.
