Dominique Ansel combined the donut shape with the croissant dough and created the cronut, the star of the bakery managed by the Chef who, under registered trademark, has been gaining popularity worldwide.
With a ton of creativity, the Cronut’s flavors change every month and between sweet apple or passion fruit, cherry and toasted almonds or even banana and rum, the flavor of the month is always a surprise. The cronuts are made daily at the bakery and captivate everyone who comes by but, for those who aren’t a fan of this invention, there are other types of cakes that are perfect for enjoying with a cup of coffee on the terrace – we suggest the s'mores and chocolate chip cookies.
Cool Tip: Queues are huge so we recommend that you arrive at the bakery before it opens. On Mondays, starting at 11 AM, pre-orders that can be made two weeks in advance through the bakery’s site, are delivered.
